Sales policy
- A prepayment of 30,00% is required for this booking, balance due on arrival.
- Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.
- Check-out time is before 11:00 on departure day.
- Note that children aged 2 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
- Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.

Villa reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contains or has resulted from a mistake or error.
Cancellation policy
The reservation will be held by 24:00, on the arrival date
Three-Bedroom Villa: The reservation can be canceled online no less than 30 days (s) prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation 30+1 day before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 30.00% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation 1-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value.

In order to complete the reservation, the client must submit personal information and a credit card number, unless some other form of the booking guarantee is used. ( * ) indicates Required Fields.
Arrival info/Flight details
If booking a transfer on arrival, please submit your arrival info including the arrival time, flight number, and carrier. Otherwise, this service will not be provided.
Important info
Nationals of some countries are required to submit proof of secured accommodation when crossing the border.
You can use the Reservation Confirmation form for such purposes. This form is sent to you after you have successfully reserved your accommodation via our booking system and obtained the reservation code. You can review or reprint your Reservation Confirmation anytime by logging in to our booking system.
Even though available in several languages, for simplicity’s sake please print the form in either the destination country’s language or in English.
